Book Signing at Loretto Academy in El Paso, Texas

On April 14th, I had a book signing at the Loretto Academy in El Paso, Texas. They are using my books in their bilingual literature classes.

I read excerpts from the books in both Spanish and English and answered questions in both languages. As part of the last book takes place in Ciudad Juarez, El Paso, and in Santa Fe, New Mexico, I found that the children enjoyed learning that the biggest Mexican Revolution secret of the old Hacienda Palo Alto is solved in Santa Fe.

I talked to classes from second grade through seventh grade. The children bought many of the 100 books I had in El Paso. It was a great deal of fun and I think the children were very excited about all the true stories I told about adventures from the books that really happened to me and my husband.
